The key to any paint job is good preparation. At Bartek Painting we place considerable importance on "pre-painting preparation". Surface preparation is the key to a beautiful and long lasting paint finish, whether it be an interior or exterior project.

Our pre-painting preparation includes:

• cleaning mould, grease and dirt etc from surfaces to be painted
• removing all loose and peeling paint
• filling all gaps, cracks and holes
• sanding and applying primers to bare areas
• rust treatment
• replacing damaged glazing putty

Equally important are the precautions we take to cover and protect all furniture, flooring and unpainted areas from paint and preparation debris. At the completion of every job we will clean and remove all waste and empty cans. All interior work areas are then vacuumed and/or swept and left in a clean state.
